AbsoluteCycle isn’t just a workout, it’s an experience!
Shoes- Complimentary Shimano cycling shoes are provided to every rider. If you need a different size, please let your instructor know- we want you to be comfortable! Kindly drop your cycling shoes in the shoe bin at the end of class, so they may be cleaned and restocked.
Performance Tracking- AbsoluteCycle uses PIQ technology to track your workout in real-time. Performance results are sent via email after each ride and are saved in your account under “My Stats”. Need help reading your results? Please let us know and we will schedule a consultation.
Perfect Fit- We want you to enjoy your ride! Feel free to request a professional bike fitting after any class.
Childcare- We offer babysitting as an optional service to our members. Children 6 months and up can be placed in the care of our staff babysitter while their parent participates in class. Water is allowed to drink, however we do not allow food and do not change diapers. In the event that your child is inconsolable for 10 minutes, you will be asked to come back to the childcare room. The fee for the AbsoluteCycle babysitting service is $5/child per class or $50/family per month (parent must have an unlimited plan to take advantage of unlimited babysitting).
Towels- Grab a towel from the basket- you’re going to need it!
Locker Room- Fully equipped with showers and lockers. Please bring your own lock to secure your valuables

Reserving Your Ride
Login or Register and then click on the reserve tab. Find your class day and time and click Sign Up. If you have rides in your account, you’ll be prompted to select your bike. If you don’t have ride in your account, you will be directed to the Buy Rides section. Once you have rides in your account, you can select your bike.
Schedules are updated daily and classes can be booked online from one week in advance until 30 minutes before the start of class
Cancellation Policy- Can’t make your ride? You will be missed! Please be sure to cancel at least 8 hours before the start of class to avoid a late cancellation. Once you cancel, your ride credit will be returned to your account. Please note, if you do not cancel your class on time, your ride will be charged to your account. If you have an unlimited package, your first no-show will be waived, and any subsequent no-shows will result in a $10 fee being applied to your account per incidence.
Waitlist- If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You must have at least one ride in your account to be placed on the waitlist. As bikes become available, they will be allocated from the waitlist on a first come, first served basis. If you are allocated a bike from the waitlist, you will receive notification via email (or text if you opt-in in your account settings). Once you are assigned a bike, the normal cancellation policy is in effect. If no bikes become available by the start of class, the credit will be returned to your account.
Ready to Ride
Water- Stay hydrated throughout the day for your best workout. Bring water to class and sip as needed. If you forget, water is available for purchase inside American Top Team.
Fuel- Fuel your workout with a small snack 30-45 minutes before your workout. Speak with you instructor for specific recommendations.
Wear- You are going to get hot and sweaty! Wear clothes that are comfortable and can breathe. Bring socks to use with our complimentary cycling shoes. Loose pants are not recommended. Padded bike shorts or a gel seat cover are great options for added seat comfort.
AbsoluteCycle is located inside the brand- new, world-renowned American Top Team training facility. Our studio is located to the right of the front desk. Check-in on the tablet inside the studio and then find your shoes in the numbered shelves (bike number=shoe number). We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the ride.
Late arrivals- If you know you are going to be late to class, please call the studio so we don’t open your spot to drop-ins. Arrivals 15 minutes after the start of class are considered a no-show.
